Fans can now download the Aeros’ schedule into their Outlook mail program. This allows you to have the schedule directly in your in-box, and also on your palm pilot or handheld device. It will even send you a reminder at 9 a.m. on the gameday!
Here’s how:
Click hereRight-click, select Save Target As
To get the Aeros schedule onto your computer (or palm or handheld device), you first need to import the data into your Outlook calendar application.
For Microsoft Outlook:
Select FILE --> IMPORT AND EXPORT...
Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
Find the 0607HOUcal.csv file you just downloaded and select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next.
Select Calendar and click Next.
The next window will have a title that says 'The following actions will be performed:' above an option to 'Import "0607HOUcal.csv" into folder: Calendar.'
Check the box to the left and click on 'Import "0607HOUcal.csv" into folder: 'Calendar'
Click Finish
Synchronize your palm or handheld device to your computer if so desired.
Some people may have to make sure an option for Outlook has been downloaded off the Microsoft CD that came with your computer.
