AEROS ANNOUNCE SPECIALS AND ACTIVITIES FOR UPCOMING GAMES

HOUSTON, Texas – The Houston Aeros begin a five-game road trip Friday but the team has some big promotions coming up as soon as the team returns home. Just around the corner are two Amerigroup Family Days, the Aeros’ Fall Sports Career Fair and the Aero Dynamics Dance Clinic, not to mention the first of the six-part Aeros’ Legends Bobblehead series.

On November 16 the Aeros host their Fall Sports Career Fair from 12-2 p.m. and features the Aeros, Houston Rockets, Houston Comets, San Antonio Spurs, Silver Stars and Rampage among others. Attendance to the career fair also includes a ticket to the Aeros game after the fair against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The Aero Dynamics will also be holding their dance clinic on November 16 at noon, the first of two this season. The November 16 clinic is open to kids from Kindergarten to Fifth Grade. Participants will also receive a ticket to the Aeros game. The first 80 registrants will perform on the ice during an intermission of the game so call Laura today at (713) 361-7947!

The Houston Aeros are saluting our nation’s armed forces during the 5th Annual Military Appreciation Night on Saturday, November 22 at 7:35 p.m. The Aeros are hosting military personnel and their families and will include special presentations to the active duty personnel and a swearing-in ceremony for the new members of America’s military. November 22 is also the first of the Aeros’ Legends Bobblehead series where the first 3,000 fans will receive the Aeros’ Legend and the rink base that will hold all six bobbleheads in the series. Both the November 16 and November 23 games are Amerigroup Family Days. Packages are available for all Sunday home games throughout the 2008-09 season.
