The HERricanes, Houston’s only girls hockey club, is hosting a hockey camp for girls at Sugarland Ice & Sports Center on Saturday, July 24th and Sunday, July 25th. The cost of the camp is only $75 and includes two days of instruction from the HERricanes coaching staff. The camp is open to girls who are brand new to hockey and would like to learn basic skills and skating techniques. The HERricanes are an all-girls ice hockey club in Houston, Texas for players ranging in age from 8 to 18. The HERricanes play in the Houston In-House league and the ISHL Prep League. HERricane Hockey is developmental with the primary focus on teamwork, team spirit, and providing all players with the opportunity to enjoy playing hockey while increasing skills and knowledge of the game. Newcomers are always welcome as are returning players.
