OKLAHOMA CITY --- Jarod Palmer posted three points (1-2-3) and scored the game-winner to help lead the Houston Aeros to their fourth consecutive win in a 4-2 victory over the Oklahoma City Barons Saturday night at Cox Convention Center.
Anton Khudobin made 23 saves and won his fourth consecutive start in goal as the Aeros ended OKC's five-game-winning streak. The Aeros (6-5-1-0) current win streak is their longest of the season.

Brock McBride got the Aeros scoring started with his first of the season at the 5:35 mark of the opening period. Houston added another in the first on a Carson McMillan goal at 15:17 with assists from Petr Kalus and Palmer.
Oklahoma City scored the lone goal in the second period at 16:42 by Alex Plante with assists to Alexandre Giroux and Brad Moran to cut the Aeros lead to 2-1.
The Aeros quickly seized the momentum in the third period when Palmer scored his first AHL goal, 36 seconds into the period, on the power play with an assist from J.M. Daoust to stretch the Houston lead to 3-1.
Robbie Earl added to the Aeros lead 9:20 into the third to give Houston a 4-1 lead. Earl now has points in five of the last six games.
OKC's Ben Ondrus closed the scoring at 17:28 to make it a 4-2 game.
The Aeros will travel to Abbotsford for games against the Heat on Monday and Tuesday with each contest beginning at 9pm, central standard time.
