First 4,000 fans get Opening Night pucks
HOUSTON, Texas - The Houston Aeros open up the 2004-05 American Hockey League regular season this Friday in San Antonio at 7 p.m. Saturday is the Aeros' home opener at Toyota Center versus the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks at 7:35 p.m.
The first 4,000 fans in attendance at Saturday's game will receive a commemorative Opening Night Puck.

The Aeros begin the 2004-05 season with three No. 1 draft picks, and nine of the Minnesota Wild's top 10 prospects, according to The Hockey News. Also, Houston has two of the Dallas Stars' top 10 prospects, including Junior Lessard, who won the 2004 Hobey Baker Award as college hockey's best player.
