HOUSTON – The Houston Aeros will televise Game Seven of the Western Conference Final on Thursday, May 22 if the game is necessary on KTBU-55 “The Tube.” The Aeros play Game Six in Grand Rapids tonight. If Houston wins tonight, the team advances to the Calder Cup Final and will play either the Hamilton Bulldogs (affiliate of Montreal Canadiens and Edmonton Oilers) or Binghamton Senators (affiliate of Ottawa Senators). If the Grand Rapids Griffins win, Game Seven is Thursday at 6:00 PM.



The Aeros will host a watch party for the game at SRO Sports Bar at Northwest Mall (Hwy 610 and West 18th) for Game Seven. In addition to showing the game, SRO will offer drink and food specials. Houston currently leads the best-of-seven series three games to two. A win tonight clinches Houston’s first berth in league finals since the team won the International Hockey League’s Turner Cup in 1999.
