The Houston Aeros, Team Mascot Chilly and the Aero Dynamics participate in numerous community activities throughout the year including visits to hospitals, schools, and events for charitable organizations.
The Aeros attempt to fulfill as many appearances as possible; however due to the amount of requests we receive, not all can be honored.

HOW TO ARRANGE AN AEROS PLAYER APPEARANCE
Requests must be received through our online request form (below).
---Requests made at least four weeks before the event have a higher chance of being approved.
---Upon submission of the online request form, you will see a confirmation on the webpage. Please note this is only a confirmation of the request. This DOES NOT confirm that the appearance has been approved.
---We will review your request and notify you by email or telephone if your request can be accomodated. Due to the high number of requests the Aeros receive, only events which are approved will receive a reply. If you do not receive a reply, the Aeros were unable to fulfill your request at this time; however, we encourage you to resubmit for another upcoming event.
---It is important to include as much detail as possible on the appearance request form regarding the activities the players, mascot or Aero Dynamics would take part in at your event.
---The Aeros reserve the right to cancel an appearance at any time due to schedule changes, illness, emergencies, etc., and every effort will be made to provide an alternative appearance.
AVAILABILITY
---Please review the team's schedule prior to making your request.

---Players are not available...
-Home game days.
-When the team is on the road.
-The day before a road trip.
The day after a road trip.
-Before 1:30 p.m.
-During certain league-mandated time off periods (Chistmas break, All Star Break, etc.).
-The team generally cuts off player appearances in the weeks leading to the playoffs (Mid-March-onwards).
EVENT REQUIREMENTS
---Event coordinator must provide at least one reserved parking space for the player.
---For appearances where a player is asked to speak to a large group, a microphone and sound system is required.
---Bottled water is appreciated.
---A secure room for the player to keep his belongings is appreciated.

AFTER THE EVENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
---A team representative coordinator will contact you by phone to discuss the event in more detail.
---If there is a change in the date and/or time of your event after the Aeros confirm an appearance, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the change. If any appearance information changes after you receive confirmation, please notify the mascot coordinator as soon as possible.
