AEROS SIGN C MARCO ROSA TO PTO
HOUSTON, Texas – The Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League have recalled center Marco Rosa from the ECHL’s Texas Wildcatters and signed him to a pro tryout, the teams announced this morning. Rosa is expected to be available when the Aeros play host to the San Antonio Rampage on Friday at 7:35 p.m. It's Prizes Night. We'll give away great prizes all night long!
Rosa, 24 (1/15/82), attended the Aeros’ training camp in September, and his 18 points (8-10=18) in 12 games currently rank him tied for 11th in the ECHL. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound native of Scarborough, B.C., posted four points (2-2=4) in 27 games for AHL Milwaukee last season. Rosa played collegiately at Merrimack.
