AEROS RECALL MORENCY FROM BAKERSFIELD

HOUSTON --- Houston Aeros General Manager Jim Mill today announced that the American Hockey League (AHL) team has recalled forward Pascal Morecny from the Bakersfield Condors of the ECHL.

Morency, 29 (2/20/82), appeared in 36 games for the Condors and registered 37 points (17-10-27) along with 113 penalty minutes (PIM). He is second in both team goal scoring and PIM. He also appeared in three games this season with Houston, registering seven penalty minutes (PIM). The 5-foot-10, 196-pound Montreal native was signed as a free agent last summer after spending three seasons with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL). Morency wears sweater No. 37 with the Aeros.
