HOUSTON AEROS RECALL DEFENSEMAN CORBIN BALDWIN FROM ORLANDO
Aeros and Barons Meet Again at 7 p.m. on Saturday in OKC
Houston, TX – Houston Aeros General Manager Jim Mill announced on Saturday the team has recalled defenseman Corbin Baldwin from the Orlando Solar Bears, Houston’s ECHL Affiliate.
The 21-year old rookie defenseman spent training camp with Houston prior to his assignment to Orlando on Oct.11. In nine games with the Solar Bears, the 6-foot-5, 215-pounder has two assists and seven penalty minutes. The undrafted blueliner played for Spokane in the WHL from 2008-12. In 210 games with the Chiefs, he scored 11 goals and set up 55 others for 66 points. He also racked up 379 penalty minutes and a +59 over four seasons.
Houston will play two games in Oklahoma City this coming weekend, prior to coming back home on Sunday, Nov. 4. The Aeros wrap up a two-game set with the Barons on Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Cox Convention Center. Houston will return home on Sunday at 5:05 p.m. with the Grand Rapids Griffins at Toyota Center. This season, every Sunday home game is a Sunday Family Day. Aeros fans may purchase four tickets, parking and four Aeros gifts starting at $54.
Aeros season tickets start as low as $9 per seat and may be purchased online at Aeros.com by placing a $100 deposit.
