Aeros Host Super Saturday
The Houston Aeros have a jam-packed Saturday with numerous promotions.
Breast Cancer Awareness headlines Saturday night as the Aeros host the Rochester Americans at 7:05 p.m. at Toyota Center. A portion of the ticket sales from the game will be donated to the Young Survival Coalition (YSC). The team will also hold a silent auction on the concourse, also benefitting the YSC. Auction items will include a pink team-signed stick and mystery pucks (pink pucks - autographed by an Aeros player. Fans may also purchase T-shirts for the event on the concourse. Breast Cancer Awareness non-profit vendors will be on the concourse to provide information on Breast Cancer. To purchase seats click - HERE.
The team will also be holding a Crawfish Boil on Saturday at The Maple Leaf Pub on Saturday. Fans may purchase a package that includes a ticket to the game and three pounds of boiled crawfish on Saturday, starting at 4:30 p.m. at The Maple Leaf Pub (Smith and Elgin). To make a reservation, fans may call Brandon Brignac at 713-361-7930 to reserve a spot.
After the Americans-Aeros game on Saturday night, fans may stick around to watch the Texas State High School State Championship game. The two top high school teams will compete for the state’s top prize.
The Aeros return home on Thursday, Mar. 21 to host Charlotte at Toyota Center at 7:05 p.m. The game marks a “Thirsty Thursday”, where fans (21 and older) receive a “second drink free coupon” for The Maple Leaf Pub (Smith and Elgin). The first 500 fans to The Maple Leaf Pub after the game will be able to redeem their coupon for their second drink free. After a road game in Oklahoma City on Friday, Mar. 22, Houston will return to Toyota Center on Saturday, Mar. 23 vs. Rochester at 7:05 p.m. The Aeros will celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Night on Mar. 23. As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Night, the team will hold a silent auction for charity on the concourse.
